As this is a food product (perishable item), we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, in the unlikely event that the product is damaged during shipping, is defective, or is different from the product you ordered, we will cover the return shipping costs and handle the situation. Also, if you notice any abnormality in the product before opening (or immediately after) it is within the expiration date, please contact us. We will promptly exchange the product at our expense, including shipping and handling fees.
